Driver
Tired of unpredictable pay and vehicle expenses that eat your earnings? avfleet.ai is a different deal. You drive a 2026 Hyundai Ioniq on the Uber platform — and we cover the car, the insurance, the maintenance, the charging, and any other tools for your job. Get paid hourly and keep every dollar of your tips.
How is this different from gig driving: you’re paid by the hour, on the clock, whether the app is busy or not. No more hoping for surge. No more math about whether tonight was worth it.
What you’ll earn
$20.00 per hour base pay, paid twice a month (on 1st and 15th)
Tips on top — 100% yours. Our drivers have historically averaged $3–$5 per hour in tips, though tips vary and are not guaranteed

$200 referral bonus when you bring in a friend who joins and drives for at least 30 days
What we cover, so you don’t
Maintenance. Insurance. Fuel. Company issued phone. You show up and drive — the operating costs are ours, not yours.

Predictable hours. We schedule 8-hour shifts, and we staff to end on time. Overtime is occasional rather than routine — when it happens, it’s paid at time and a half past 8 hours in a day or 40 in a week. If you want a job where you know when you’re going home, this is the one.
